Errin McPherson Event Manager

After graduating from Chico State University in 1994 with a degree in Media Arts, Errin McPherson began her career at Krebs Convention Management Services in San Francisco. As Registration Manager for two years, she assisted clients with pre and on-site registration for events and assisted clients with the planning and managing of their meetings and conventions. She spent the next four years employed at the consulting firm Accenture where she oversaw the corporate housing, concierge and travel departments for the Northern California offices. Errin then became a member of the San Francisco office events team and was the recipient of a customer service award.

Her interest in the entertainment industry brought her to Los Angeles in 2001 to the Museum of Television and Radio. Here, Errin managed events including corporate and membership functions as well as television premieres. She made her way to SME in October of 2002 where she has the role of Event Manager and assists Matt Barnett, Principal of SME. Errin enjoys working on events and advancing all details to make sure that the events run smoothly. Errin’s hard work has paid off, as she was the recipient of the Employee Of The Year Award for 2004, 2005 and 2006.
