The conductor of the Toronto Symphony Orchestra has created a speech that’s dramatically different and fun. He makes the audience part of his orchestra - passing out electronic tone bars and having them play along with his videotape symphony - proving that in business, as in music, the qualities to succeed are the same: innovation, teamwork and communication.
